Fees (Tourism) (Amendment) Regulations, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Ministry of

Tourism Act, 1977, the Minister of Tourism, with the concurrence of the

Minister of Finance, has made the foIlowing regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Tourism) (Amend-

ment) Regulations, 1982, and sha11 be read and construed as one with

the Fees (Tourism) Regu]ations, 1977, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal regulations".

At the end of the Schedule to the principal regulations there

shall be inserted the fol1owing new items

The contributions are levied on tourist publications issued on a

fortnightly, month1y or quarter1y basis.".
