Housing Authority (Transfel' of Assets) (No. 4) Order, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, 1976, the President of Malta has made the following

order:-

l. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 4) Order, 1982.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

a foresaid with effect from the 14th Septem ber, 1982.
