MALTA POLICE ORDINANCE, 19M

(ORDINANCE NO. II OF 19(1)

Malta Po1ice (Amendment) Regulations, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Malta

Police Ordinance, 1961, the Minister of the Interior has made the

following regulations:-

l. These regulations may be cited as the Malta Police (Amend-

ment) Regulations, 1982, and shall be read and construed as one with

the Malta Police Regulations, 1960, hereinafter referred to as "the prin-

cipal regulations".

Regulation 3 of the principal regulations shall be amended as

follows

(a) in paragraph (a) there of, for the words "twenty-six years"

there shall be su.bstituted the words "thirty years"; and

(b) in paragraph (b) thereof, for the words "1.65 metres"

there shall be substituted the words "1.60 metres".
