Overseas Telephone Service (Amendment) Regulations, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Telemalta

Corporation Act, 1975, the Board, with the approval of the Minister of

Parastatal and People's Investments, has made the following regula-

tions:-

l. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Telephone

Service (Amendment) Regulations, 1982, and shall be read and con-

strued as one with the Overseas Telephone Service Regulations, 1957,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on l st J uly, 1982.

For Part II of the Second Schedule to the principal regulations
