Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1982
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing
Authority Act, 1976, the President of Malta has made the following
order:-
This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1982.
The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby
specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,
1976.
The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shaH be
transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section
aforesaid with effect from the 11th June, 1982.
The property referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the
following, that is to say
(a) House numbered 79, Government Housing Estate, Dingli.
(b) FIat numbered 1, Block 8, Granaries Street, Government
Housing Estate, Floriana.
(c) House numbered l, Government Housing Estate, Gudja.
(d) FIat numbered 6, Block B I, Government Housing Estate,
Me1lieħa.
(e)
House numbered 47, Government Housing Estate, Mosta.
(f) Flat numbered l, Block lI, Government Housing Estate,
Paola HiH, Paola.
(g) House numbered 3, Government Housing Estate, Qrendi.
(h) The following hous~s at Rabat, Malta:-
(i) House numbered 8, Block IV, Għeriexem Street,
Government Housing Estate, Rabat, Malta;
(ii) House numbered 4, Block 3, Għeriexem Street.

(iii) House numbered 6, OId Slaughterhouse Area,
Government Housing Estate, Rabat, Malta.
(i) House numbered 14, Government Housing Estate. Safi.
