Diredor of Audit (Revision of Salary) Order, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 6

of the Financial Administration and Audit Act, 1962, hereinafter

referred to as "the Act", the Prime Minister has made the fol1owing

order:-

l. This order may be cited as the Director of Audit (Revision of

Salary) Order, 1982, and shaH be deemed to have come into effect on

the 1st January, 1982.

Without prejudice to the proviso to subsection (l) of section 6

of the Act, there shall be paid to the Director of Audit, instead of the

salary prescribed in that subsection, the salary of four thousand two

hundred and four pounds.
