(ACT NO. XXXIX OF 1974)

University Fees Regulations, 1982

IN exercise of the powers vested in him by section 37 (4) of the

Education Act, 1974, the Minister of Education, with the concurrence

of the Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation and commencement. — University Fees Regulations, 1982 Open official source

These regulations shall be cited as the University Fees Regula-

tions, 1982 and shaH come into force on 1st February, 1983.

There shall be payable by foreign students in respect of the

courses at the University of Malta specified in column l hereunder, the

relative fees specified in column 2
