Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 2) Order, 1982

IN exercise of the !powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, 1976, the President of Malta has made the following

(b) The following land forming part of Neighbourhood II at

the Government Housing Estate, San Gwann

(i) An area of land consisting of the plot in (the said

Estate known as Plot No. 12 having an area of approximately

117 square metres bounded on the North-East and North-West

by a public road and on the South-West by property of Oscar

Monreal;

(iD An area of land consisting of the plot in the said

Estate known as PIot No. 14 having an area of approximately

117 square metres bounded on the North-East by propeI1y of

Viotor Rodenas, on the South-West by property of Robert

Buttigieg and on the South-East by a rpublic road.

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

ximately 3379 square metres bounded on the North-East and

North-West by Government properfy and on the South !partly

by Government property and partly by a public lane;

(iD An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as PIot Nos. 42 tO' 60 having an area of approxi-

mately 4039 square metres bounded on the North, South and

East by Government property.
