Extradition (Dcsigoated Commonwealth Countries) Order, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 4

of the Extradition Act, 1978, the Senior Deputy Prime Minister and

Minister of lustice and Parliamentary Affairs has made the following

order:-

This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Designated

Commonwealth Countries) Order, 1982 and shall come into force on the

1st day of February, 1982.

The Republic of Cyprus

The Gambia

New Zealand

Singapore

Trinidad and Tobago

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
