(ACT NO. XXVII OF 1970)

Notice of coming into force o.f certain provisions of the Act

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section

of the Malta Anned Forces Act, 1970 the Minister of the Interior has

established the 1st day of February, 1982 as the date on which the

provisions of Part VI and of section 185 of the said Act shall come into

force.
