Drugs (Control) (Amendment) (No.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 35A of the

Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister of Health

and Environment, on the advice of the Council of Health, has made

the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Drugs (Control)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981, and shaH be read and

construed as one with the Drugs (Control) Regulations, 1976, herein

after referred to as "the principal regulations".

Schedule to the principal regulations there shall be inserted the

following item:-
