Ordinance, the Prime Minister ħas made the following regulations::-

These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Censorship of

Cinematograph Films) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981, and s hal l be

read and construed as one with the Fees (Censorship of Cinematograph

Films) Regulations, 1973, he r e i n a fte r refen-ed to as "the principal

regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends re!lUhtioll 2 of the principal regulations. — 93 tal-1981 – Regolamenti tal-1981 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar id-Drittijiet għaċ-Ċensura tal-Pellikoli taċ-Ċinematografu Open official source

For paragraph (J) of reguJation 2 of the principal regulations

there shall be substituted the following:-

"( I) The fees leviable by the Commissioner of Police in

res pect of the e xa m i n a tion of a cinematograph film by censors

under the provi sions of r e g u l a t i o n 40 of the Cine ma and Stage

Regulations, 1937 shall be 35c per feel, subject to a maximum of

0.50,0 in respect of each censor engaged.".
