(1) No patient in a hospital may be transferred from one

ħospital to another unless such transfer is authorised by the manager

of the hospital in which such patient is detained.

(2) Any such authorisation shall be made in the form shown

in the Schedule to these regulations.

(3) Any such authorisation shall lapse unless it is given effect

to not later than 28 days after the day in which it is signed by the sai d

manager.
