(ACT NO. XXXV OF 1975)

Overseas Postal (Amendment) Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Post

Office Act, 1975, the Minister of Development, Energy, Port and Tele

comunications, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance,

Customs and People's Financial Investments, has made the following

regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation and conUl1encement. — Overseas Postal (Amendment) Regulations, 1981 Open official source

(l) These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Postal

(Amendent) Regulations, 1981, and shall be read and construed as one

with the Overseas Postal Regulations, 1924, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 23rd day

of January, 1981.

For regulation 50 of the principal regulations there shall be

substituted the fol1owing

"50. The rates of poundage on British Postal Orders issued

in Malta shall be the following
