Notice of coming into force of the Act

IN exercise of the powers conferred o n him by subsection (2) of

s e cti o n 1 of the Mental Health Act, 1976, the Minister of Health and

Environment h a s appointed the 14th S e p te mb e r , 1981 as the date

on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
