Port Workers (Amendment) (No.

3) Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Port

Workers Ordinance, J 962, the Minister of Development, Energy, Port

and Telecommunications, with the concurrence of the Minister of

Finance, Customs and People's Financial Investments, has made the

following regulations:-

l. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Port Workers

(Amendment) (f-.Io. J) Regulations, 198!, and shall be read and constru�d

as one with the Port Workers Regulations, 1966, hereinafter referred to

as "the principal regulations".

These regulations shaH come into force on the 1st August,

In Schedule 3 to the principal regulations, for the figures "17c5"

wherever they occur there shaH be substituted in each case the figures

"25c".
