Non·a1coholic Concentrates (ExcIusion of Culinary Essences)

Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Excise

Duty (Crown Corks and Non-alcoholic Concentrates) Ordinance, 1961,

the Minister of Finance, Customs and People's Financial Investments

has made the following regulations:-

l. These regulations may be cited as the Non-alcoholic Concen

trates (Exc1usion of Culinary Essences) Regula tions, 1981.

Liquid culinary essences in bottIes of a capacity not exceeding

thirty centilitres are hereby excIuded from the expression "non-a1cohoIic

concentrates" contained in section 2 of the Excise Duty (Crown Corks

a nd Non-a1cohoI1c Concentrates) Ordinance, 1961.
