Insurance Business (Fees) Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Insurance

Business Act, 1981, the Minister of Finance, Customs and People's

Financial Investments has made the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Insurance Business

(Fees) Regu1ations, 1981.

There shall be 1evied by the Secretary, Ministry of Finance.

Customs and People's Financial Investments the fees specified in the

Schedule to these regulations.
