lowing order:-

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1981 .

The property described in paragtaph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 1 2 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shal1 bc

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 14th July, 1981.

The property referred to ln paragraph 2 of this order is the

fol1owing, that is to say

(a)

An area of land forming part of the Birżebbugia Govern·

ment Housing Estate consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as

Plots Nos. 77 to 92 having an area of approximately 4298 square metres

bounded on the N orth, East and South-East by Government property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Ta' l-Istabar Govern­

ment Housing Estate, Qormi consisting of the plots in the said Estate

known as Plots Nos. IS to 2 3 having an area of approximately 2 675

square metres bounded on the North and East by a public road and on

the South by Government property.

(c) An area of land forming part of the Xagħra (Daħla tal­

Ġgantija) Government Housing Estate, Gozo consisting of the Plots in

the said Estate known as Plots Nos. l to 11 having an area of approxi­

mately 3360 square metres bounded on the North-West and South-East

by a public road and on the South by Government property.

(d)

at Ħal Farruġ Road, Luqa (former1y knovm as Services Married Quart­

ers), each block consisting of 6 flats marked Nos. I to 6. The said blocks

are bounded on the North-West, South-West, North-East and South-East

by Government property.

(e) A block of ten flats ri1arked Nos. l to 1 0 at Mtarfa limits

of Mdina (formerly known as St David's Services Married Quarters)

bounded on the North-West, North-East, South-East and South-West by

Government property.

(f) House numbered l and house numbered 5, Ta' Brandin,

Government Housing Estate, Siġġiewi.

(g) House numbered 5 in Area 10, Government Housing

Estate, Ta' Ġiorni, limits of St Julian's.
