(ACT NO. XVII OF 1981)

Notice of coming into force of the Act

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1

of the Insurance Business Act, 1981, the Minister of Finance, Customs

and People's Financial Investments has appointed the 13th July. 1981,

as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act, with the excep­

tion of section 23, shaH come into force, and has appointed the 1st

J anuary, 1982 as the date on which the said section 23 shaB come into

force.
