Overseas Po§tal (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 19tH.
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 1 of the Post Office
Act, 1975, the Minister of Development, Energy, Port and Telecommu
nications, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, Customs and
People's Financial Investments, has made the following regu1ations
l. (1) These regu1ations may be cited as the Overseas Posta1
(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981, and shall be read and construed
as one with the Overseas Posta1 Regulations, 1924, hereinafter referred
to as "the principal regulations".
These regulations shall come into force on the 1 st day of

For regulation 61 of the principal regulations there shall be
substituted the following
"International Reply Coupons
61. The selling price of International Reply Coupons shall
be 22c5 per coupon.".
