Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section

l of the Death and Donation Duty (Amendment) Act, 1981, the

Minister of Finance, Customs and People's Financial Investments

has appointed the 1st day of July, 1981 as the date on which the

provisions of the said Act shaH come into force.
