Malt2 Police (A.mendment) ReguJations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Malta

Police Ordinance, 1961, the Prime Minister has made the fol1owing

regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Malta Po1ice (Amend­

ment) Regulations, 1981, and shall be read and construed as one with

the Malta Police Regulations, 1960, hereinafter referred to as "the prin­

cipal regulations".

:2. In paragraph (1) of regul3tion 12 of the principal rcgulations.

for the '.vords "not below the rank of Inspector makes a contribution of

fifty cents per month and to which every member of the Force below

that rank contributes thirty cents per month" there shall be substituted

the wQrcts "makes a contribution of one pound per month".
