TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDINANCE (CAP. 105)

Traffic Offence Ticket Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Traffic

Regulation Ordinance, the Commissioner of Police, with the advice of

the Traffic Control Board, has made the following regulations

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic Offence Ticket

Regulations, 1981.

The notice to be handed over to the owner or driver of, or to

be affixed to the windscreen of, a motor vehicle used in the commission

of such an offence as is referred to in the First and Second Schedules

to the Traffic Regulation Ordinance shall contain the fol1owing

(a)

general description of the offence;

particulars of the person charged with the offence, and

(b)

of the motor vehicle used in the commission of the offence;

(c)

place, time and date of the offence;

signature of the Police officer handing over or affixing t he

(d)

n o t ic e ;

information as to payment of fine.

The Traffic Offence Ticket

Regulations,

1974,

are

hereby

revoked.
