Importation (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by s e c t ion 3 of the Supplies

and Services Act, 1947, the Ministe,r of Trade, Industry and Parastatal

and People's Industries has made the fol1owing regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Importation (Control)

(Amendment) Regulations, 1981, and shall De read and construed as

one with the Importation (Control) Regulations. 1969, hereinafter

referred to as "the pIincipal regulations".

Regulation 4A of t he principal regulations is hereby deleted.
