Investments, has .made the fol1owing regulations:-

Th e s e regulations may be cited as the Water Supply (Amend

ment) (No.2) ReguJations, 1981, and shaH be read and construed as one

vvith the Water Supply ReguJations, 1948. hereii1after referred to as "the

principal regulations".

In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of th e principal regulations.

" "frol1tage contribution" means a cha r g e made and collected

by the ·Water Authority as contribution in oonnection with the

pr e mis e s ano ca1culated on the frontage of the premises;".

"6A. lt sha11 be lawful and it shall be deemed to have always

been lawful for the Water Au t h o r i ty to c h a rg e and col1ect a

frontage conttibution of ---

62c5 per foot run in cases where a road is planned

(i)

to be d e v e l o p e d on both sides; and

(i i) f1.25,O per foot run in cases where a road is

planned to be developed on ,one side only.".
