National Assistance (Extension) Order, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 26A of the National

Assistance Act, 1956, the Minister of Labour, Welfare and Culture has

made the following order: -

This order may be cited as the National Assistance (Extension)

Order; 1981.

The provisions of the National Assistance Act, 1956, shall

apply to nationals of Spain, such country being, together with Malta,

party to the European Convention on Social and Medical Assistance,
