Marriage (Arnendment) Regulatiol1s, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Marriage

Act, 1975, the Minister of Justice, Lands, Housing and Parliamentary

Affairs, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, Customs and

People's Financial Investments, has made the following regulations:-

l. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Maniage (Amend­

ment) Regulations, 1981, and shaH be read and construed as one with the

Marriage Regulations, 1975, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

(2)

These regulations shall came into force on the 1st May,

1981.

In regulation 2 of the principal regulatians, for the figure "f4"

there shall be substituted the figure "f5".
