Wied iż-Żurrieq Coastal Boats <Tariff of Fares) (Amendment)

Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 280 of the Code of

Police Laws, the Minister of Development, Energy, Ports and TeleCOll1-

munications has made the following regulations:--

(J) These regulations may be cited as the Wied iż-żurrieq

Coastal Boats <Tariff of Fares) (Amendment) Regulations. 1981, and

shall be read and construed as one with the Wied iż żlUTi e q Coastal

Boats (Tariff of Fares) Regulations. 1979, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal regu]ations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the day immed

iately following the date of their publication in the Gazette.
