IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 297 of the Code of

Police Laws, the Minister of Development, Energy, Port and Telecom­

munications has made the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Gozo Mail and Passenger Citation and

Service (Fares) Regulations, 1981, and shall come into force on the commencement.
