POLICE UCENCES ACT, 1949

(ACT NO. XXX�V OF 1949)

Police Licences (Amendment) ReguJations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Police

Licences Act, 1949, the Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior has

made the foHowing regulations:-

l. These regulations may be cited as the Police Licences (Amend

ment) Regulations, 1981, and shaH be read and construed as one with

the Police Licences Regulations, 1949, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal regulations".
