Hotels and Catering Establishments (Amendment) Regu!ations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Hote1s and

Catering Establishments Act, 1967, the Minister ,of Tourism, with the

concurrence of the MiniSil:er of Finance, Customs and People's Financial

Investments, has made the following regulations:-

l. These regulations may be cited as the Hotels and Catering

Establishments (Amendment) Regulations, 1981 , and shaH be read and

construed as one with the Hotels and Catering Establishments Regula­

tions, 1972, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

For the Sixth Schedule to the principal regulations, there sha11

be substituted the fol1owing
