Carriage of Goods by Sea (Regulation) (Amendment) Order, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Carriage

of Goods by Sea (Regulation) Act, 1980, the Minister of Development,

Energy, Port and Telecommunications has made the following order:-

l. This order may be cited as the Carriage of Goods by Sea

(Regulation) (Amendment) Order, 1981, and shall be read and construed

as one with the Carriage of Goods by Sea (Regulation) Order, 1980,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

The Schedule to the principal order shall be amended as

follows

(a) the words "BORCHARD LINES LTD" and "NORTH

AFRICA LINE LTD" under the heading "United Kingdom" shall

be deleted; and

(b) for the word "GILV ANI" under the heading "Haly"

there shall be substituted the word "GILNA VI".
