Lotto (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 o f the Publi c

Lotto Ordinance, t h e Minister of Fi na nc e , Customs and P eo p le ' s

Financial I n v e s tm e n ts , has made the f o llo w in g regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Lotto (Amendment)

(No. 2) R e gu lat i o ns , 1981, and shaH be read and construed as one with

the Lotto R e gu la ti o ns , 1948, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

r e gul a t i on s ",

Immediately after the proviso to paragraph (3) of regulation 2

of the principal r e gul a t i o n s there shaH be added the f o l lo w i ng new pro­

viso

"Provided also that the draw due for Saturday, 12th Decem­

ber, 1981, shaJ1 be held on Friday, 11th December, 1981.",
