Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section l

of the Code of Organisation and Civi1 Procedure (Amendment) (No.2)

Act. 1981. the Minister of Justice, Lands. Housing and Parliamentary

Affairs has appointed the 1st day of December, 1981, as the date on

which the provisions of the said Act shaH come into force.
