CUSTOMS ORDINANCE (CAP. 60)

Customs (Amendment) Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Customs

Ordinance, the Minister of Finance, Customs and People's Financial In­

vestments has made the following regulations:-

l. These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment>

Regulations, 1981, and shall be read and construed as one with the

Customs Regulations, 1957, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regula tions" .

Immediately after paragraph 10 of the First Schedule to the

principal regulations there shall be added the following new paragrapħ

"11. Xatt ir-Risq, during such periods as may be determined

by the Comptroller of Customs".
