Electricity Supply (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Enemalta

Act, 1977, Enemalta, with the approval of the Minister of Development,

Energy, Port and Telecommunications has made the following regula­

tions:-

l. These reguJations may be cited as the Electricity Supply

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981, and shall be read and con­

strued as one with the Electricity Supply Regulations, 1939, hereinafter

referred to as "the principa1 regulations".

In regulation 87 of the principal regulations, for the words

"shall not credit" there shall be substituted the words "shalI not, in the

absence of a reasonable explanation for such failure, credit".
