Government Lotteries (Amendment) Regulations,

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Govemment

Lotteries Act, 1981, the Minister

of Finance,

Customs

and People's

Financial Investments has made the foHowing regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Govemment Lotter

ies (Amendment) Regulations, 1981, and shaH be read and construed as

one

with the Govemment Lotteries Regulations, 1981, hereinafter re

ferred to as the "principal regulations".

These regulations shaH come into force on the 30th dayof

For paragraph B of the Schedule ofPrizes in the Schedule to

the principal regulations there shaH be substituted the foHowing

"B.

Weekly Lottery

First Prize

f2,OOO (Two thousand pounds)

f500 (Five hundred pounds)

each

Two Prizes of

flOO (One hundred pounds) each".
