Worker·Students (Salaries and Wages) Order, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (l) of section 40

of the Education Act, 1974, the Minister of Education has made the

following order:-

This order may be cited as the Worker-Students (Salaries and

Wages) Order. 1981.

With effect from the date there in specified the salaries or wages

payable to worker-students shaH not be less than those shown in the

Schedule hereto.

Worker-students, other than those in Government employment

on the date of their entry into University, are also entitled to one-half

of the bonus payable in accordance with section 22A of the Conditions

of Employment (Regulation) Act, 1952.
