Guest HOllses and Holiday Fumisħed Premises (Amendment) (No. 2)

ReguHations, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Ouest

Houses and Holiday Furnished Premises Act, 1974, the Minister of

Tourism has made the following regu1ations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Ouest Houses and

Holiday Furnished Premises (Amendment) (No. 2) Regu1ations, 1981 ,

and shaH be read and construed as one with the Ouest Houses and

Holiday Furnished Premises Regulations, 1976, hereinafter referred to

1976. as "the principal regulations".

In regulation 8 of the principal regulations for the words "The

Board may at any time, with the approval of the Minister" there shaH

be substituted the words "The Minister may at any time, after consulta

tion with the Board".
