QUALITY CONTROL (EXPORTS, IMPORTS AND

LOCAL GOODS) ACT, 1971

(ACT NO. XIII OF 1971)

THE Malta Board of Standards hereby notifies that the Water for

Lead-Acid Batteries Order, 1980 (Order No. M7 of 1980) was 1aid

before the House of Representatives in accordance with subsection (2)

of section 5 of the Quality Control (Exports, Imports and Local Goods)

Act, 1971, on the 15th December, 1980, and that the said order shall

come into effect on the 6th January, 1981.
