FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 58)

Fees (Tuition) (Amendment) RegolatioDs, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister of Education, with the concurrence of the

Minister of Finance. Customs and P e op le s Financial Investments, has

made the following regulations:-

l. These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Tuition) (Amend­

ment) Regulations, 1980. and shall be read and construed as one with

t h e Fees <Tuition) Regulations, 1975, hereinafter referred to as "the

p ri n ci pa l r e gu l a ti on s ".

in item l (c) the figure "f8.00,0" shall be substituted
