Fisħ Marketing (Amendment) Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fish

Industry Act, 1953, the Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture has made

the foHowing regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Marketing (Amend­

ment) Regulations, 1980, and shaH be read and construed as one with

the Fish Marketing Regulations, 1957, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal regulations".

In regulation 9 of the principal regulations, for the figure

"5.30 a.m." there shaH be substituted the figure "5.00 a.m.".
