Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) Order, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, 1976, the President of Malta has made the following

order:-

l. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority <Transfer of

Assets) Order, 1980.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 5th February, 1980.

The propel1y referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

Houses numbered 24 to 29, Giacomo Matteotti Street,

(a)

Government Housing Estate, Rabat, Malta.

(d)

House numbered 3, in Block 1, Luqa Road, Tarxien.

(e) Houses numbered 2 and 4 respectively in Block lI, Luqa

Road, Tarxien.

House numbered 26 at Government Housing Estate, Ta'

(f)

Xbiex.

(g) Houses numbered 13, 14, IS, 24 and 79 at Government

Housing Estate. Zabbar.

(h)

House numbered 12, in Block 2, Sciortino Street, Zebbug,

Malta.
