Carriage of Goods by Sea (Regulation) O r d e r , 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Carriage of

Goods by Sea (Regulation) Act, 1980, the Minister of Development,

Energy, Port and Telecommunications h as made the following order:-

Citation and

This order may be cited as the Carriage of Goods by Sea (Regu-

lation) Order, 1980, and sha11 come into force on the 24th day of

October, 1980.
