PUBLIC LOTTO ORDINANCE (CAP. 110)

Lotto (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Public Lotto

Ordinance, the Minister of Finance, Customs and People's Financial

Investments has made the following regulations:-

(l ) These regulations may be cited as the Lotto (Amend­

ment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1980, and shaB be read and construed as one

with the Lotto Regulations, 1948 , hereinafter referred to as "the prin­

cipal regulations".

These regulations shaH have effect from the 1st Septem­

For regulation 7 of the principal regulations there

shaH

be

substituted the fol1owing

"7.

Lotto tickets shaH be of the following values

l cent 5 mils,

3 cents,

5 cents,

10 cents,

25 cents,

for a single stake, and

6 cents,

12 cents,

18 cents,

25 cents,

fI

for a combination of stakes on the same ticket in cases where

such combination is expressly allowed.".
