FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 58)

Fees (Abattoir and Veterinary Services) Regulations,

IN exercise of t h e powers conferred by s e c t i on 2 of the Fees Ordi­

nance, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, with the concurrence

of the Minister of Finance, Customs and People's Financial Invest­

me n ts , has made the f o Ilo w i n g regulations:-

Th e fees specified in the Schedule hereto shall be paid to the Fees.

Director of Agricu1ture and Fisheries in the several matters to which

they are applicable.

The Schedule of Fees to the Regulations for Civil Abattoirs in Partial repeal

Malta and Gozo, is hereby repealed without prejudice to any rigbt or of G.N. 310 of

1941. li a b i l i t y a c qu i re d or incurred thereunder.
