Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 1980

IN exercise of the powers conferred b y section 3 of the Police

Licences Act, 1949, the Prime Minister has made the following regula­

tions:-

These regulations may be cited as the Police Licences (Amend-

ment) Regulations, 1980, and shall be read and construed as one with

G.N. 846 of 1949 the Police Licences Regulations, 1949, hereinafter referred to as "the
