Commencement of CertaiD Provisions

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Children

and Young Persons (Care Orders) Act, 1980. the Minister of Labour,

Welfare and Culture has appointed the 8th day of August, 1980 as the

date on which the provisions of section 11 of the said Act shaH come

into force.
