Fees (Printing, Spraying and Grafting) Regulations,

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinauce, the Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture. with the concur­

l'cnce of the Minister of FInance, Customs and People's Fjnancial

Investments has made the fol1owing regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Prurung, Spraying

The fees specified in lbe second column of the Schedule

these regulations shall be payable to the D i r e c to r of Agricu1ture in

to

respect of the services specified in the first cotumn thereof.

(2)

The fees specified in the third column of the Schedule to

[new re�ulations shall be payable to the D i r ec t o r of Agriculture, by

pcrsons holding a Farmer's Registration Card issued by the Director of

Agriculture. in respect of tr.e services specified in the first column

lhereof.
